Quattro Goombas Branding & Website
Full service restaurant & winery, online sales and event reservations
Shipping uniquely branded craft beverages nationwide while integrating destination-based experiences in Loudoun County's wine country.
Quattro Goombas, led by four childhood friends, describes themselves as a winery, brewery, and pizza kitchen. They also host events, rent out the venue, and sell food, wine, and beer.
The designer of their brands and packaging asked us to collaborate to create a website that was both functional and echoed the beautiful brands and packaging created for the company. The objective was to increase awareness, attract more customers, and enable online sales of food, wine, and beer.
After documenting the business model and driving consensus on objectives, we mapped out business processes and listed current, short-term, and long-term initiatives that the website would need to support. We recommended a brand hierarchy. Then, we worked hand-in-hand with the design team to plan a website that would align precisely with current needs, while expanding to allow the four entrepreneurs to test and launch new products and services. One of the most critical pieces of the website was to integrate with systems and software already in use, from the restaurant to managing events.
The resulting website accomplished all objectives, from brand positioning to design to function. The website enabled the sales and management of an onsite restaurant, integrating with the point-of-sale software; sales of beer and wine on the premises and across state lines, online; events, lodging, and live music, including ticket sales and reservations; and the sale of merchandise in person and online.
