Good Shepherd Veterinary Hospital has been caring for Pittsburgh-area pets since 2000, serving families across Western Pennsylvania from its hospital in Mars. Back Pocket Media built the practice’s website several years ago, and over time it had drifted out of step with the hospital it described, still listing services the practice no longer offered, with broken links and a map that had stopped working.
In 2026, we audited the site alongside the practice team and refreshed it to reflect the hospital as it is today. We simplified the navigation so pet owners can reach every service in fewer clicks, updated photography and team bios, and added social media feeds that keep the site current without extra work for staff. We also moved the practice onto our managed hosting with a monthly maintenance plan, so updates and security are handled in one place.
The result is a cleaner, more accurate website that makes it easy for pet owners to explore services and request an appointment, with a long-time partner that keeps it that way.
